fantastic hotel stay!
varied choices attentive staff sunset view
the room provided many amenities. the bathroom was spacious. it had both a tub and shower. the breakfast offered varied choices. i chose fresh eggs. i thought the staff were attentive. they were happy to help with anything i needed. the pool had great sunset views. the happy hour music was cool.
I found the valet parking employee was not very professional. He was rude when attempting to open my car. i refused service because of this encounter.

The breakfast service included a wide variety of choices. This was wonderful. I used the gym each day. It featured modern equipment. I spent time at the rooftop pool. The area was clean and well-kept.
The minibar prices were expensive.

Excellent Stay Near the Airport
skyline view ample space great choice professional staff
I enjoyed the club roomwith a skyline view. The room had ample space with a sofa, work area, and a good sized bed. I could even see some landmarks while relaxing in the bath. The breakfast had a great choice of dishes. Staff at breakfast were both professional and friendly.
The valet parking employee was rude. He aggressively tried to open my locked car door and was knocking the window. I refused to let them take my car after this behavior.

really good service
smooth process elegant ambiance super clean room
the check-in process was smooth. the staff greeted me warmly, so i felt at home right away. the lobby's elegant ambiance set the perfect tone for my stay. i found the housekeeping staff attentive, they maintained a super clean room with fresh towels.
i found that some of the thoughtful extras , made my stays special have disappeared since the hotel is no longer jumeirah. small gestures made a big difference like early access to my room at no extra cost, but these are no longer offered.

the room was spacious, and the location proved acceptable.
i booked a room for myself and my wife, and my daughters came as visitors. the staff refused to recognize their official emirates ids stored in apple wallet, even though they are legally approved. the harassment was relentless, and the manager was unhelpful. they were eventually forced to wait in the lobby the full day till we checked out.

The hotel location is convenient as it is close to the airport. I noticed the pools, the gym and the breakfast views. The 24 hour check in and out system worked well.
The check in process was very slow. It took almost 30 minutes to complete. I asked for an upgrade and this seemed to add another 15 minutes of paperwork. Lots of signatures.
