pool facilities gym facilities breakfast view slow check paperwork amount upgrade issue

The hotel location is convenient as it is close to the airport. I noticed the pools, the gym and the breakfast views. The 24 hour check in and out system worked well.

The check in process was very slow. It took almost 30 minutes to complete. I asked for an upgrade and this seemed to add another 15 minutes of paperwork. Lots of signatures.
